How Do I know? Because I have been in your shoes
My venture into flexibility training began as an adult, unable even to touch my toes. However, when I achieved my first split, it unveiled a world of possibilities. I realized that with determination, one can accomplish anything. This initial success led me to explore over splits, delve into backbends, and master spectacular flexibility moves on the pole.
Despite these accomplishments, my progress hit a plateau. Persistent back pain, prolonged tightness, and a nagging hip impingement injury became constant companions. I spent years seeking answers, wondering why others seemed to progress effortlessly while training without these issues. I trained under numerous coaches and burned the midnight oil in study sessions.
Then, a breakthrough happened. I discovered a unique approach to flexibility that enabled me to train almost daily, free from pain and injury, without enduring days of tightness. This methodology allowed me to shatter plateaus and continue progressing towards greater flexibility feats.
